Production time
Printing starts once you approve your proof. Production takes 4 to 6 working days.
Large or complex orders may take longer, and we tell you in your quote if so.
Delivery time and cost
Once printed, cups are sent by tracked delivery and arrive in 2 to 3 working days.
Delivery is free to every UK address. It is also free.

Tracking and address changes
You receive a tracking link by email when your order leaves us.
Address changes can be made at any time before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible.

Delivery is free on every order to a UK address.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked delivery takes 2 to 3 working days once your cups have been printed.

Production starts once you approve your digital proof and takes 4 to 6 working days.
Will I get tracking details?
Yes. You receive tracking details by email when your order ships.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, as long as you tell us before the order ships.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Delivery times are counted in working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Can I split an order between two addresses?
Ask in your quote request and we will confirm what is possible.
What if my parcel is late?
Email info@thepapercups.co.uk with your order details and we will chase it.
What if cups arrive damaged?
Send photos within 10 days of delivery and we reprint or refund the damaged cups.
