Yes. Several sizes and styles can go in one order.

Yes. We keep your artwork on file so reorders are quick.
How do I pay?
Payment details are set out in your written quote before you approve anything.

A logo file is enough. Vector files such as AI, PDF or SVG give the sharpest result.
Do you charge for design help?
No. Design help and the digital proof are free.
How many changes can I ask for?
We revise the proof until you are happy with it.
Can you match my brand colour?
Yes. Give us a Pantone reference and we print to it.
Will the proof show the cup size?
Yes. Each proof uses the template for your chosen size.

Double or ripple wall for hot drinks without sleeves, single wall for cold drinks or with a sleeve.
Can you print all the way round the cup?
Yes. Full wrap printing covers the whole outer wall.
Do you print on kraft cups?
Yes. Dark inks show best on kraft board, and white ink can be added beneath lighter colours.
Are lids printed too?
Lids are supplied plain in standard colours to fit your cup rim.
Can cups be used for soup or ice cream?
Yes. We print food cups for soup, ice cream, desserts and snacks.

Tracked delivery takes 2 to 3 working days after printing.
Is delivery free?
Yes, to any UK address.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You receive a tracking link when your cups leave us.
What if cups arrive damaged?
Send photos within 10 days of delivery and we reprint or refund the damaged cups.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, as long as you tell us before the order is dispatched.
