Made to your approved proof
Every cup is printed to the proof you approve. Please check spelling, colours and placement carefully before approving.
Because cups are custom printed, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
Misprints, damage and defects
If your cups arrive misprinted, damaged or faulty, tell us within 10 days of delivery.
We reprint the affected cups or refund them.
How to report a problem
Reporting takes a few minutes.

- Include your name and order details
- Attach clear photos of the problem and the outer carton
- We reply within one working day with a reprint or refund

Usually photos are enough. We will tell you if we need anything else.

We offer a reprint or a refund for the affected cups, and agree the best option with you.
What counts as a defect?
Cups that leak, split or are printed differently from your approved proof.
Can I cancel after approving the proof?
Once production starts the cups are made to order, so please check the proof carefully.
How can I avoid problems?
Check spelling, colours and logo placement on your free proof before you approve it.
