What to include in your request

The more we know, the more exact your first price will be. Rough numbers are fine at this stage.

If you are unsure about a detail, leave it blank and we will suggest options.

Your quote is built from a few clear factors. Larger runs bring the price per cup down.

Every price is confirmed in writing before you approve anything, and the delivery details are included.

How soon will I get a price?

Do I need finished artwork?

No. Send what you have and our designers prepare it for print at no charge.

Is the proof free?

Yes. The digital proof is free and you can ask for changes.

Do I pay before the proof?

No. You only confirm the order once you have approved the proof and the price.

Can I order several sizes at once?

Yes. List each size and quantity and we quote them together.

What file types can I send?

AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, PNG or JPG files all work.

Can I change the quantity after the quote?

Yes. Ask for an updated quote at any time before you approve.

How long does printing take?

Printing takes 4 to 6 working days after approval.

Is delivery included?

Yes. Tracked delivery is free to UK addresses.
